Retreat leader – Rev Amy Gearhart, Senior Executive for Transition and Conference Culture – Mountain Sky Conference
Rev. Gearhart is an elder in the United Methodist Church from the Missouri Conference and has served congregations for over 30 years in Illinois, North Carolina, St. Louis, Kansas City, and Columbia, MO. Most recently she was the Senior Pastor of the Missouri UMC. She is completing her dissertation in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis as she researches part-time local pastors and the adjunctification of ministry. She is a certified professional coach and holds certificates in Nonprofit Executive Leadership and College Teaching. She has two young adult daughters and enjoys crafting, traveling, entertaining, and the beauty of the Mountain Sky area.
